It is mandatory to fill out the return form and send it by email to: info@estheroptica.eu. The form must indicate the reason for the return. Returns without a completed document will not be accepted.
The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt ***. The courier receipt constitutes proof of the delivery date. The products must be unused and intact. It is required that the original packaging is kept. To return sunglasses or frames within 14 days, the item must be returned complete: packaging, case, cleaning cloth and any labels or stickers. In other words, the product must be exactly as received. Returns will not be accepted if anything is missing from the set or if the item is damaged. You must also attach the purchase invoice.
**** NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:
1. Prescription glasses are medical devices made to measure for the customer and cannot be returned if unworn but still personalized. Other non-returnable items: colored contact lenses, opened lens packs and any product already used.
RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In case of receiving a damaged item, the customer must report it on the same day of receipt and send photos via email. The product must be returned within 14 days.
- If you wish to replace a damaged product, Estheroptica covers the return and new shipping costs.
- If you wish to obtain a refund for a damaged product without replacement, Estheroptica refunds the full amount paid.
Once the product has been received and the damage has been verified, the refund will be made within 5/7 working days based on the payment method used for the purchase or to the bank account indicated by the buyer.
